My Bistro
Bengal Bistro is a lovely addition to the restaurant offering in Wimbledon park. The new owners were friendly and warm. The menu has a lot of choice so the different diets in our family were satisfied! And we were not disappointed on the taste front, everything was yummy and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be going back and next time I'll be trying a dessert 😁

If you haven't yet been (well, it's only just opened!) I'd highly recommend Bengal Bistro in Wimbledon Park. The food was absolutely delicious; full of authentic flavours and clearly made with care. The restaurant is family run, which always makes a difference to customer care and attention. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality food and relaxing ambiance (price was reasonable too!)

Came upon this new restaurant by chance and was so glad we did! Welcoming, cozy and family run with friendly and attentive staff.
Everything we ordered was so delicious - the Saag Paneer, Onion Bhaji, Rajshahi lamb chops and the vegetable rice - I want to work my way through the menu!
Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Indian cuisine at a great price, and a warm dining experience.

We had a great evening in a family-friendly environment. Contemporary twists on established dishes from the Bengal region. Nice to see that meat options were halal and there was a great selection of non-alcoholic drinks. Will be coming back!

Fantastic food and service. Really enjoyed the starters here, especially the prawn in puri. It's not easy to get this dish correct! The puri was golden, light and crispy without being crumbly or the opposite, soaked in oil and stretchy... only a deep fried food junkie will understand... The speed of service was also really good. Other outstanding dishes were the lamb biriyani and butter chicken. Can't wait to go back!

It's all run by a really lovely family that provide attentive service.
It's BYOB but if you forget they have a good selection of AF beers and soft drinks
